We have been here two weeks and have experienced excellent service especially the maintenance team of Ray and Abraham. Their prompt and friendly helpfulness with minor problems, has made our move easier. The front office, Leslie, Mario and Erica have also been very courteous and helpful. I love this place. The only thing I'd change is security/parking. I guess I pay $45 for covered parking cuz ALL the spots close to the building are ALWAYS taken. Nowhere else can you have a vehicle stolen from your front steps and the cameras don't catch me running after the guy while he's speeding away and me screaming, "hey, stop!! That's my truck!!"

Response time much improved in recent months. I had two, minor issues within 3 weeks of each other. Inside of 2 days, a friendly & courteous maintenance tech arrived to promptly fix a toilet, and burnt out kitchen neon ceiling light. Pleasing.

Overall it's pretty decent as a newly renovated property. The apartment is very spacious and bright, although our AC wasn't working; the outdoor space is nice and neat, and finally they're opening the pool after a year, giving a more close "community" feeling. The drawback over the past year is they're very slow processing requests due to a change in property management, and hope they are better in future.

I moved into Prisma Apartments on 3/10/23 and I have to be honest, August Gioffredo is the only reason I made the choice to move into Prisma Apartments. My first initial business meeting, (Prisma Apartments first impression) didn't go good business wise for Prisma Apartments. August initially took care of Me and was willing to come in on his day off (3/4/23) to make sure everything went smoothly but his supervisor refused to allow him to come in. August was nice enough and very professional and gave Me a call back to inform Me that his manager would not allow him to come in and the only thing I could think of is it was because August's supervisor didn't want two people working on Saturday due to not enough hours and the company couldn't afford it. Well on 3/4/23 I arrived to the leasing office to find that they were not open because the leasing agent who was supposed to come in to work NEVER came in for work. Due to the urgency of Me having to find a place of residency I sat in front of the leasing office from 10am to about 12pm. I called and left several unhappy messages. I even recorded a video to post to alert people how unprofessional it was that the supervisor did not allow August to come in and trusted that the other leasing agent would come in only to be let down by that employee. I did not post that video on Facebook etc. ONLY because August asked Me very professionally if I could please not post that and allow him to show Me how great the company and his staff really is. It was a huge inconvenience for Me because I am new to New Mexico moving here from Dallas, Tx back in July if 2023. I still don't have My own vehicle and had to pay over $30 in Lyft payments to get from the hotel I was staying in to Prisma Apartments, from Prisma Apartments (with no one showing up before 12pm) back to the hotel I was staying in and then back to Prisma Apartments from the hotel because August's supervisor had gotten word that a current resident had called in and complained that the leasing office was closed so he or she called August and informed him of the situation. August contacted Me with great sincere apologies about the situation and informed Me that he was in the office and would wait as long as it took for Me to find a ride back to Prisma Apartment. The professional courteousness that August showed on 3/4/23 and has shown since then in ever interaction with Me is why I choose Prisma Apartments as a place to call Home. This entire situation could have been avoided if management had done better planning aka better managing. It is always wise to have at least two people ready to go in case one person can't be make it. Team Work Makes The Dream Work. THANK YOU AUGUST!!!! Joshua -Justice- Williams

I recently moved to this apartment complex earlier this month. I would like to share my experience. Location: It cannot get better. It is nearby the shopping complex and the best thing is the farmer's market is right across the street. Apartment: They offer 3 types of apartment Silver/Gold/Platinum. I rent a 1 bedroom Platinum which is premium and refurbished. The appliances are of stainless steel finish and in great working shape. The flooring in vinyl and bedroom is carpeted. The fireplace also is great and adds star to the living room. Maintenance: I think it is not the quickest but the service is decent Office Staff: Great team out there. Carolina Hernandez is such a sweet lady. She got me a beautiful apartment. Parking: Parking space is also a tussle. Amenities: The amenity center is being refurbished and scheduled to open later this year. Overall it is a good place to call your home.

We've lived at Prisma since the summer and have been exceptionally supported by Carolina. She's responsive and helpful and is always willing to answer questions! There is a pretty big lag in getting maintenance work orders fulfilled and completed which has been the biggest negative since moving in. Hopefully they can hire some more maintenance staff so they are able to complete the orders in a timely manner. The renovations to the property and the apartments are nice and make the space feel updated.

Lived here going on 3 years. WISHING they would just get rid of paid cover parking so there would be available parking. Parking is a major issue here due limited parking spots and people having tons of visitors/residence vehicles. The issues are really the neighbors do not care about how they park. Towing truck isn't around anymore. The complex does echo immensely with everyday sounds such as people normally talking out on their belcony. Maintenance are very helpful and get things done as soon as they can. I haven't had real issues with maintenance. There are ants living within the buildings. (depends on the building you live in), No recycle bin. Also keep in mind that the people here leave their trash and junk out side of the trash compactor daily. The new office staff doesn't do anything about residents smoking indoors. Smoke(cig or weed) leaks into other people's apts. Everyone we lived next to for years all moved out after 2022. Rent is very expensive.

I've lived at Prisma Apartments for nearly seven years. I've been a resident of a one bedroom and now a two bedroom. I love the fact that my appointment faces Corrales giving me the country feel. Seeing the horses, hearing the coyotes or watching hot air balloons fly overhead to the backdrop of the beautiful Sandias make living here such a joy. Yet, we have all the conveniences the city has to offer. Truly the best of both worlds! This really is home. The friendly staff are always ready to help.
